A semi-firm goats milk cheese with a rich creamy paste and a natural edible rind with a hint of blue flavour. Kabritt (named by Anita, our goat "mother" after the Haitian word for goat) is a perfect table cheese which also melts well. Featured in the Globe and Mail in September 2010.
