Shipping Information:Once your order is received it will be shipped from our store in Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
Shipping charges are added to the net cost of your purchase using Canada Post to calculate approximate shipping costs.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. If you wish to have your purchase trackable and/or with insurance, please indicate this desire during the check-out process in the "comments" section, or email us with your request. This additional cost will be billed seperately upon confirmation.
We cannot ship products outside of Canada.
Return Information:At The Farm House Natural Cheeses, we stand behind every product that we sell. We 100% guarantee the products to be as shown and described. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition to the address below within 7 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. Please note the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
